1. 5-Day Return & Replacement Window

You may request a return or replacement within 5 days of receiving your order only if:

• The product is received in a damaged condition.

• The product is defective or not functioning as intended upon arrival.

• You receive the wrong product.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for every return or replacement claim.

• The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening.

• It must capture the entire unboxing process without any cuts or pauses.

• Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

3. Product Condition

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• The product must be in its original condition.

• All accessories, manuals, charger, remote, packaging, and invoice must be included.

• The product should not show signs of misuse, damage, or unauthorized repair.

4. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or replacements will not be accepted for:

• Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, accidents, water exposure, or improper handling.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Minor color or design variations due to photography or screen settings.

• Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.

• Claims made after the 5-day return period.

• Claims without the mandatory unboxing video.

5. Inspection Process

Once the returned product is received, our technical team will inspect it. If the claim is verified, AZI TOYS will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution.

6. Return Shipping

If the claim is approved due to a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or an incorrect product sent by AZI TOYS, the return shipping cost will be borne by AZI TOYS. If the inspection finds no defect or the issue is due to customer misuse, the product will be returned to the customer, and applicable shipping charges may be charged.

7. Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our team. Refunds will be made through the original payment method or another approved method.

8. Right to Reject Claims

AZI TOYS reserves the right to reject any return or replacement request if the policy conditions are not met or if fraudulent, incomplete, or false claims are identified.
